We finally broke ground!

Construction Plans Finalised

After building with Metricon in Melbourne and being very happy with the quality of build, we decided to build with them again.  We chose a design called The Denver 30, which has an Australian homestead look and feel - perfect for our rural block!

Our main upgrades to the design were:

• Colonial fascade with verandahs
• Increased internal ceiling height to 2700mm
• Increased internal door heights to 2340mm
• Added a third garage
• Added an under roof Grand Outdoor Area
• Caesarstone benchtops throughout
• 2-Pac, Satin finish, Shaker profile Kitchen cabinetry
• Floor to ceiling tiles in Bathroom & Ensuite
